AMERICA ANNOUNCES SUCCESFUL STATION MIGRATIONS IN HOUSTON,
SAN FRANCISCO AND SACRAMENTO

Los
Angeles, July 2, 2007– Azteca
America, the fastest-growing Hispanic television network
in the United States, is proud to announce the successful
migration to new stations in Houston, San Francisco and
Sacramento.
As of 12:00 am on July 1,
Azteca America is broadcast in Houston on KUVM channel
34, as well as on Comcast’s
channel 74 and channel 57 on DIRECTV. In San Francisco,
the signal is available as a full-power digital multicast,
which includes KBWB-DT channel 20.4 over-the-air, plus
channel 196 on Comcast’s basic digital service and
channel 620 in Comcast’s Hispanic package. The signal
is also available on DIRECTV’s channel 42 throughout
the greater Bay Area. In Sacramento, the signal is carried
on KSTV channel 32, plus Comcast’s basic digital
service and channel 620 in Comcast’s Hispanic package.

Houston and Sacramento ready for our July 1 station change,

Separately, Una Vez Mas
is also operating a new Azteca America station in the
demographic market area (DMA) of Abilene-Sweetwater in
Texas. This is added to the above-mentioned station in
Houston, and a previously-announced station in Sherman,
which are all part of the Texas Network project of Una
Vez Mas, which will provide an Azteca America signal
in every DMA of Texas. Texas stations operated by Una
Vez Mas include: Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Brownsville/McAllen,
El Paso, Austin, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, Odessa, Amarillo,
Victoria, Sherman and Abilene. Una Vez Mas is Azteca
America’s largest station group, with a total of
23 stations currently on the air.
Bustos Media operates four FM stations in the greater Sacramento
area, and owns a total of 25 Hispanic radio stations primarily
in the western half of the country. The three Bustos radio
formats La GrandD, Magia and Ke Bueno are also broadcast
to 52 affiliates across the country. Bustos Media additionally
operates the Azteca America affiliate channel WBWT Channel
38 in Milwaukee.
