RNC VICTORY 2008 CHAIR CARLY FIORINA BETS ON A JOHN MCCAIN WIN DURING AZTECA AMERICA 'S “ISSUES: CARAS Y VOCES”

Los Angeles, May 5, 2008 – Azteca America, the fastest-growing Hispanic television network in the United States, is proud to feature RNC Victory Chair Carly Fiorina on this week's broadcast of “Issues: Caras y Voces” (Issues: Faces and Voices), hosted by veteran Latino journalist Armando Guzmán.

Ms. Fiorina has an extensive background in the private sector. Following 15 years in the executive ranks of AT&T, she headed to Lucent Technologies, where she was Grupo President of the company's global service provider business. She later joined Hewlett-Packard as CEO and Chairman. She was listed as the most influential woman in business by Fortune magazine from 1998 until 2004.

Earlier this year Ms. Fiorina was named "Chair of Victory, 2008," to raise money and encourage voter registration. She is a point person for the McCain campaign for business and economic affairs, as well as publicly advocating the Republican Party. She has also actively supported the expansion of guest worker visa programs.

“There are all these conventional wisdoms driven by history that would suggest a Republican can't win. And yet I think people vote for the future. Not the past,” said Ms. Fiorina.

“Issues: Caras y Voces” features top leaders that impact the Hispanic community through one-on-one interviews conducted by Armando Guzmán. Covering the White House and the Capitol for almost two decades, Mr. Guzmán is one of the most respected correspondents in Washington . The interview forum airs every Monday evening during Noticiero Azteca America , the network news broadcast of Azteca America.
